Official Rules: KONG FINAL FOUR Giveaway 02/18/04 thru 03/18/2004

1. No purchase necessary. To enter, just sign order at least one KONG product or KONG Combo Package and you are automatically entered or you can send a self addressed stamped envelope to KMS, 8390 Currency Drive #5, West Palm Beach, FL. 333404. You must include your name, age, daytime telepone number and valid e-mail address with your entry. Only one entry per household will be accepted and must be at least 18 years of age to enter. You can also order online by visiting www.keepitupwithkong.com and completing and online entry form.
2. This contest begins at 10:00 AM EST on 02/18/04 and ends at 11:59 PM EST on 03/18/2004
3. This contest will have ONE Grand Prize WINNER ONLY. The winner will be awarded the Grand Prize Trip for two to Houston Texas to attend the NCAA Final Four Basketball Tournament.
4. A winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries. All decisions are final. A winner will be drawn on the first business day following the close of the contest. This contest winner will be drawn on 03/19/04 unless a change is announced.. Winner will be notified by e-mail within 24 hours. Winner must respond within 2 days in order to claim their prize. If winner fails to respond within 2 days, another winner will be drawn.
5. Entry in the contest constitutes acknowledgment of winner's consent allowing the use of his/her name, and/or likeness for KMS or KONG publicity purposes, without further compensation. All entries become the sole property of KMS and KeepitupwithKONG.com.
6. By participating in this contest/survey, you agree to hold KMS and Keepitupwithkong.com and KONG harmless from any and all losses, damages , rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with this contest/survey.
7. This contest is open to all persons, age 18 and older, who are residents of the United States. Employees of KMS and their respective affiliates, participating site webmasters, subsidiaries, distributors, advertising, wholesale accounts, promotional agencies and immediate families of all are NOT eligible. Offer void where prohibited. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received.
8. All prizes will be awarded. One prize per individual, family or household per year. Prizes are nontransferable and no substitutions are allowed. Taxes on the prizes are the responsibility of the winner. Verification needed to claim your prize will be requested at the time you are notified that you are the winner.
9. All entries will be checked to ensure the fairness of the contest. AdultVerifier reserves the right to withdraw any entries, at its sole discretion, in order to maintain the fairness and validity of the contest. Any entrant that violates the rules of this contest in any way (as determined at the sole discretion of KMS/Keepitupwithkong.com) shall be withdrawn from the current contest and prohibited from participating in any future contests.
